Description

Unveiling the Model 70, a legendary rifle that has set the standard since its inception in 1936, serving as the benchmark against which all other bolt-action rifles are measured. Embodying timeless craftsmanship and innovation, it retains the renowned 3-position safety, allowing convenient operation with the thumb while lifting the firing pin away from the sear for enhanced safety.

The forged steel receiver, meticulously crafted from a solid block of steel, features a flat bottom profile to maximize surface area for bedding. Bedded with a two-part epoxy at the front and rear, it ensures stability during firing. The classic Controlled Round Feed (CRF) bolt design, characterized by a massive claw extractor, guarantees precise cartridge control from magazine to chamber, even allowing extraction of unfired cartridges. Enhanced with the M.O.A. Trigger System, renowned as the most precise three-lever trigger system globally, the Model 70 promises improved fit, finish, and accuracy, while maintaining the classic Pre-’64 controlled round feeding. A blade-type ejector offers full control during case ejection. Its free-floating barrel, button rifled for superior accuracy and durability, further solidifies its reputation as a pinnacle of performance and reliability.

Experience the legacy of excellence with the Model 70—a true icon in the world of bolt-action rifles.
