Professional’s Choice 7 Shank Chicken Choker Bit is designed to provide extra leverage. There is quite a bit of weight behind the mouthpiece, which allows a quick release from the rider’s hands. The chicken choker mouthpiece has an ample amount of tongue relief but is quite aggressive on the pallet.

NOTE: These bits will rust when exposed to moisture. This creates a sweet taste in the horse’s mouth and promotes salivation.
